Self Service is an electronic system that you can use to indicate your choices within the Terms of Employment Options Model as well as to request and register leave.
Want to log in at home or at a workplace outside the University?
Self Service can only be accessed from a computer in Leiden University, or via the remote workplace. If you want to access Self Service from your workspace (or elsewhere), you must log in to the remote workplace. After you have logged in, click the folder "Self Service SAP" to gain access to the system.
The Terms of Employment Options Model gives you the opportunity to swap some of your terms of employment against each other. This means you can, to a degree, assemble your own package. You can submit some of your Options via Self Service. You can see which these are in the overview.
You can request leave from your line manager electronically. You can find the instructions for this on the introduction page of Self Service.
